Directorate update

Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of optical components & systems, notes today's announcement from Oxford Metrics plc of the appointment of Gary Bullard, non-executive Chairman of G&H, as non-executive Chairman of Oxford Metrics plc with effect from today.

Gary will complete nine years as a director of G&H by February 2027 and he has notified the G&H Board of his intention to rotate off the G&H Board before that time.
