Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Yönetim Kurulu'nun 29.03.2022 tarih ve 2022/13 sayılı toplantısında, Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesi ve kâr dağıtım politikası kapsamında; 2021 yılı karının ekteki kar dağıtım tablosunda yer aldığı üzere, 1 TL nominal değerli beher pay için brüt 0,20 TL (%20) ,net 0,18 TL. (%18) nakit kâr payına tekabül eden, brüt 3.600.000 TL (ÜçmilyonaltıyüzbinTürk Lirası) tutarındaki kârın, ilgili hesap dönemine yönelik olarak hazırlanan ekteki kâr dağıtım tablosu uyarınca, mevzuatta öngörülen esaslar çerçevesinde pay sahiplerine dağıtılmasına ve şirketin nakit projeksiyonları da göz önüne alınarak dağıtım tarihinin tespiti için Yönetim Kurulu'na yetki verilmesine mevcudun oybirliği ile karar verildi.
