The articles of the Company be amended to cancel and delete the Class "B" Common Shares, Class "C" Preferred Shares, Class "D" Preferred Shares, Class "E" Preferred Shares, Class "F" Preferred Shares, Class "G" Preferred Shares, Class "H" Preferred Shares and Class "I" Preferred Shares (collectively, the "Unissued Share Classes") from the authorized capital of the Company, to remove and delete the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attaching thereto and to delete any reference to the Unissued Share Classes in the remaining portions of the articles of the Company, such that the remaining class of shares authorized by the Company will solely be Class "A" common shares.
