CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT -

EXPECTED PAYMENT DATE OF DIVIDEND

Reference is made to the announcement of Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) dated 29 March 2016 in relation to the annual results for the year ended 31 December 2015 (the “ Announcement ”).

The board of directors of the Company announces that the proposed final dividend of RMB0.48 per share (including tax) as stated in the Announcement is expected to be paid to the shareholders of the Company on or before 30 August 2016.
