RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that on 7 February 2018, the Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Huo Changbao (霍常寶, “ Mr. Huo ”) resigning as chief financial officer due to his other career development.

In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and Articles of Association of the Company, Mr. Huo’s resignation will take effect from the date of his resignation letter to the Board. Mr. Huo will not hold any position in the Company after the resignation. The Board considers that the normal operation of the Comapany will not be affected.

The Company and Board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr. Huo for his contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
