As at 31 December 2009, the unaudited consolidated net asset value per share of the Company was approximately HK$0.35.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises six directors of the Company, of which two are executive Directors, namely Ms. Lee Wai Tsang Rosa and Dr. Huang Zhijian, one is Non-executive Director, namely Mr. Lee Woo Sing and three are independent non-executive Directors, namely Mr. Lu Fan, Dr. Zhang Hongru and Dr. Zhou Yunxia.
