Exercise of Options and Director's Dealings,

Issue of New Shares and Total Voting Rights

G ol dp lat pl c, the AIM li sted g o ld p r o ducer, announces that Werner Klingenberg, Goldplat's CEO, has exercised options to acquire 1,000,000 Goldplat ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 3.05 pence per share, for a total consideration of £30,500.

The 1,000,000 options were due lapse on 30 April 2025. Mr Klingenberg has simultaneously sold 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares at 6 pence per share in order to pay for the options and pay for taxes payable on all options exercised in April. Mr Klingenberg's resultant shareholding is as follows:

Admission

Application is being made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 1,000,000 new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading. Dealings on AIM are expected to commence at 8:00am on or around 30 April 2025 (Admission).

Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), following Admission, Goldplat will have 170,782,667 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights attached. Goldplat holds no shares in treasury. This figure of 170,782,667 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the DTRs.
