Goldplat (AIM: GDP), the AIM quoted gold producer with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed except resolution 4, being: "to re-elect as a Director Ian Visagie, who retires by rotation under the Articles of Association of the Company and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election". Accordingly, Ian Visagie has ceased to be a director of the Company.
