(1) The Company was incorporated in Hong Kong. Pursuant to the new Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong (Cap. 622), effective on 3 March 2014, companies incorporated in Hong Kong no longer have an authorized share capital and there is no concept of par value in respect of issued shares. (2) The Company repurchased 565,000 shares in June 2016 which have not yet been cancelled.
