Golden Rock Global Plc (LSR:GCG), ( the "Company") a special purpose acquisition company, announces that Ross Andrews has decided to step down from his position as Chairman and Board member with immediate effect.

John Croft, Director commented "The Board wishes to thank Mr. Andrews for his contribution and leadership since the Company's original admission to the Stock Exchange and wishes him success with his other business interests."

Paul Carroll will also be joining the Board of GCG subject to the successful completion of due diligence. Mr Carroll is an experienced C-Suite professional with 30+ years of operational, financial and corporate governance experience.
