Convertible Loan

Further to the Company's announcements of 3 April 2025 and 4 June 2025, the Company announces that it has drawn down a further £100,000 of the £300,000 loan provided to the Company by NE10 Vodka Ltd.

In return, the Company has issued a further £100,000 in principal value of convertible loan notes, constituted pursuant to the convertible loan note instrument executed by the Company on 4 June 2025, to NE10 Vodka Ltd.
