Notification to Shareholders in regard to Subscription Rights

Please be reminded that you have the right to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share for every five Ordinary Shares held in the Company on 30 November each year. The Company announces the second Subscription Rights Price at 35.94 pence on 1 December 2023. The exercise date for the second Subscription Right is expected to be 29 November 2024.

The new Ordinary Shares subscribed for will be issued within 14 Business Days of the relevant Subscription Date to those Shareholders in whose name the Ordinary Shares are registered on the Subscription Date.

The Board reserves its right to reject subscriptions for Ordinary Shares if the share price is equal to or lesser than the Subscription Price on the exercise date.
