Subscription Right Update

Shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held yesterday approved the adoption of the Company's Subscription Rights programme. The first such Subscription opportunity will be on 30 November 2023 and annually thereafter. The first Subscription Rights Exercise Price will be the NAV per share as at 30 November 2022 which was 38.31 pence per share.

A reminder notice will be sent to all shareholders approximately 4-6 weeks before the 30 November 2023 subscription date.
