Please be reminded that you have the right to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at the Subscription Price of 46.14 pence on 30 November 2020, being the last business day in November 2020.

The period to receive your instruction will run from 30 October 2020 to 30 November 2020 for the Final Annual Subscription Date.

Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of Subscription Shares will be allotted within 10 Business Days of the relevant Subscription Date.

A notice has been sent to all Subscription Shareholders and is attached to this announcement for reference.
