GOLDEN PROSPECT PRECIOUS METALS LIMITED

(the "Company")

ADMISSION OF ORDINARY SHARES

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 6 December 2019 at 8:00 a.m., in which the Company announced that, it had allotted, by way of an exercise of 14,974 subscription shares, 14,974 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each (the "New Shares") for cash, at a price of 42.30p per share, a premium to the Company's net asset value.

Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective, and dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence, at 8:00 a.m. on 17 December 2019.

Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 28,473,716 subscription shares and 57,029,305 ordinary shares, none of which are held in treasury.
