Appointment of Joint Custodian

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of BNP Paribas, London Branch (BNP Paribas) as joint custodian to the Company, with effect from 31 March 2022.

Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited (Credit Suisse) remains in place for certain custodial functions but it is expected that it will fall away in due course, with BNP Paribas remaining as the sole custodian to the Company.

A further announcement will be released once the arrangement with Credit Suisse falls away.
