GOGL - Change of CUSIP/ISIN in connection with reverse share split

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Golden Ocean Group Limited

(the "Company") dated July 14, 2016, regarding the 5-to-1 reverse share split of

the Company's ordinary shares.

The Company's shares trading under the symbol "GOGL" will assume the new CUSIP

G39637205 on NASDAQ from and including August 1, 2016 and the new ISIN

BMG396372051 on the Oslo Stock Exchange from and including August 3, 2016.

The Company's shares trading under the symbol "GOGL R" will assume the new ISIN

BMG396371301 on the Oslo Stock Exchange from and including August 3, 2016.
