Knightsbridge Shipping Limited approved for secondary listing on Oslo Børs

Knightsbridge Shipping Limited approved for secondary listing on Oslo Børs

The Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in

Knightsbridge Shipping Limited (to be renamed Golden

Ocean Group Limited) to secondary listing on Oslo

Børs.

The Board stipulated that the company prior to the

first day of listing must satisfy the requirement for:

- complete the merger with Golden Ocean Group

Limited as set out in the plan of merger dated

October 7, 2014

- registration of the consideration shares to

be issued to shareholders of Golden Ocean Group

Limited with a Central Securities Depository as set

out in Section 2.4.7 and Section 9.2 (2) no 2 first

sentence of the Oslo Børs Listing Rules

- publishing an approved prospectus

The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of

Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of

listing, which is to be no later than 7 May 2015.
