Key information relating to the dividend to be paid by Golden Ocean Group Limited for the fourth quarter, 2022:

Note to shareholders registered in Euronext VPS, the Norwegian Central Security Depository: Due to implementation of the Central Securities Depository Regulation (CSDR) in Norway, please note the information regarding the payment date for the shares registered in Euronext VPS below.

Dividend amount: $0.20 per share

Declared currency: USD. Dividends payable to shares registered with Euronext VPS will be distributed in NOK.

Last day including right: 24 February, 2023

Ex-date: 27 February, 2023

Record date: 28 February, 2023

Payment date: On or about 9 March, 2023. Due to the implementation of CSDR in Norway, dividends payable on shares registered with Euronext VPS is expected to be distributed to Euronext VPS shareholders on or about 13 March, 2023.

Date of approval: 16 February, 2023.
