Description

The securities of Golden Mile Resources Ltd (‘G88’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of G88, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 11 March 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Golden Mile Resources Ltd (Company) requests a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition and associated capital raising.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 11 March 2021, or until the release of the announcement in respect of the above matter.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
