Golden Mile Resources (ASX:G88, “Golden Mile” or “the Company”) is pleased to confirm that in accordance with the Indicative Timetable for the pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue announced on 26 March 2021, the NonRenounceable Entitlement Issue Prospectus dated 26 March 2021 (“ Prospectus ”) together with the accompanying personalized Entitlement and Acceptance Form, has been dispatched by mail and electronically to Eligible Shareholders of the Company today.

Eligible Shareholders are advised that the Entitlement Offer under the Prospectus is now open for subscription and the proposed offer closing date is 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday, 3 May 2021, unless it is extended by the Company in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.

Eligible Shareholders wanting to acquire the New Options offered under the Entitlement Offer pursuant to the Prospectus will need to complete the personalized Entitlement and Acceptance Form that accompanies the Prospectus and make payment of the applicable Application Money in accordance with the instructions contained therein on or before the offer closing date.
