Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG, London Branch ("Berenberg") as Financial Adviser and joint Corporate Broker, and Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ("Stifel") as joint Corporate Broker, with immediate effect.

The Board believes that the appointments of Berenberg and Stifel will help accelerate the Company's expansion of capital market relationships and enhance its access to institutional investors across the UK, Europe, and the U.S., supporting delivery of its strategic mission and growth plans.

The Company has also announced plans to pursue a U.S. listing in the first half of 2026.

Against the backdrop of evolving geopolitical dynamics and Chinese export restrictions on tungsten, Guardian is positioned to play a leading role in rebuilding a reliable domestic supply chain for this critical metal.
