We refer to the filing statement of Lombard Street Capital Corp. dated 23 December 2025 relating to the qualifying transaction involving the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding securities of Lithium Africa Resources Corp.

We consent to being named and to the use, in the above-mentioned filing statement, of our reports dated 17 December 2025, 11 March 2025 and 26 March 2024 to the shareholders of Greenbrier (Mauritius) Limited on the following financial statements:

• Statements of financial position as at 30 September 2025, 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023;
• Statements of comprehensive income, changes in equity and cash flows for the period ended 30 September 2025, year ended 31 December 2024 and period ended 31 December 2023, and a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory information.

We report that we have read the filing statement and all information therein and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that are derived from the financial statements upon we have reported or that are within our knowledge as a result of our audit and review of such financial statements.
