Golden Energy Offshore Services (ticker: GEOS) (the “Company”) refers to the notice made 9 August 2023 announcing the issuance of a total of 57,773,761 new shares on the basis of exercise of issued warrants in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 1 per share, giving a total share consideration of NOK 53,773,761.

The share capital increase pertaining to 53,773,761 of the 57,773,761 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) with effect as of today.

Following the registration, the registered share capital of the Company is NOK 107,547,523 divided into 107,547,523 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 and each share carrying one vote.
