Reference is made to the notice on 21 August 2023 regarding new share capital registered. Please see a corrected version below:
Golden Energy Offshore Services (ticker: GEOS) (the “Company”) refers to the notice made 9 August 2023 announcing the issuance of a total of 61,773,761 new shares on the basis of exercise of issued warrants in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 1 per share, giving a total share consideration of NOK 61,773,761.
The share capital increase pertaining to 53,773,761 of the 61,773,761 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) with effect as 21 August 2023.
Following the registration, the registered share capital of the Company is NOK 107,547,523 divided into 107,547,523 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 and each share carrying one vote.
