Reference is made to the announcement by Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the “Company”) on 28 September 2023 regarding the successfully placed private placement (the "Private Placement") of 359,073,900 new shares in the Company at subscription price of NOK 1.00 per share.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Offer Shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following the registration, the registered share capital of the Company is NOK 474,621,423 comprising of 474,621,423 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
