The situation with the COVID-19 virus where severe restrictions imposed by almost all countries have also affected the ability of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS to prepare the annual report. In order to achieve the required quality and accuracy of the annual report the Company hereby further postpones the publication of the annual report for 2019 to 30.06.2020. New date for the Annual General Meeting is set to 08.07.2020.
