Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the announcement made by Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the “Company”) on 9 March 2022 regarding a contemplated private placement in the Company (the “Announcement”).

In order to facilitate the private placement, primary insider Per Ivar Fagervoll has lent 1,773,332 shares to the Company under a share lending agreement.

The loan has now been settled through the Company issuing 1,773,332 new shares to Per Ivar Fagervoll in accordance with the terms of the share lending agreement. His total shareholding in the Company therefor remains as-is, i.e. he holds a total of 1,773,332 shares in the Company.
