Commercial update December 2023

For December 2023, Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) achieved time charter equivalent earnings of approximately USD 18 400 per day for the 6 vessels in operation. Fleet utilization was 88.7% .
GEOS had six PSVs in the market during December 2023. All vessels from the Vroon acquisition have now been delivered and are sailing under GEOS ownership.
Energy Partner was ready for the market after delivery to GEOS on December 12th 2023 and went directly on charter which lasted throughout December and into January 2024.
Energy Pace was delivered to GEOS just before Christmas and relocated to North Sea with arrival in Aberdeen January 2024.
Despite the usual slow period in the North Sea spot market, we have rarely seen so much requirement and tender activity as experienced over the last months. There is significant demand from several regions for medium to long term employment, and day rates for term business continues to climb.
