Call for EGM – request for power of attorney for capital increase

Ålesund, 7 April 2022:

Golden Energy Offshore Services (the “Company”) has decided to convene an EGM on 19 April 2022 to approve a proposed power of attorney for the board of directors to increase the share capital of the Company. The intention is to enable the board to seek equity funding of the Company as further described in the summons; see enclosed the full summons for the EGM for more details.
