Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the “Company”) on 19 October 2023 regarding the launch of a subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of 70,000,000 new shares in the Company (the “Offer Shares”) at a subscription price of NOK 1.00 per Offer Share (the “Offer Price”).

Per Ivar Fagervoll, CEO and member of the board of directors of the Company, has subscribed for 2,700,000 Offer Shares at the Offer Price, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 2,700,000. Following completion of the Subsequent Offering. Per Ivar Fagervoll will own 6,891,908 shares in the Company.

Morten Muggerud, member of the board of directors of the Company, has subscribed for 426,287 Offer Shares at the Offer Price, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 426,287. Following completion of the Subsequent Offering, Morten Muggerud will own 676,287 shares in the Company.

The primary insiders have subscribed for the Offer Shares on the basis of subscription rights in the Subsequent Offering in accordance with the conditions for being granted such subscription rights.
