Completion of sale of Energy Scout
Ålesund, 19 January 2023:
Reference is made to the previous notice on 24 November 2022 regarding Energy Scout AS (a subsidiary of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS) having entered into a MoA for the sale of the vessel Energy Scout.
The sale has been completed today with the vessel having been delivered to the buyers and the payment of the sales proceed of USD 6,450,000 having been paid to Energy Scout AS.
