“Company”), has on 6 June 2023 purchased in the marked a total of 1,418,576 shares in the Company
at a average price of NOK 0.9182 per share – i.e. an aggregate of NOK 1,302,470.
Following the transactions, Per Ivar Fagervoll holds 4,191,908 shares in the Company, equivalent
to 7,80% of the Company’s shares. In addition Fagervoll also indirectly control 2,02% shares in the company.
