Per Ivar Fagervoll, member of the board and CEO of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the “Company”), has on 11 October 2022 transferred a total of 1,000,000 shares in the Company to his two children (500,000 to each) as a gift (i.e. at NOK 0 per share). Following the transaction, Per Ivar Fagervoll holds 2,773,332 shares in the Company, equivalent to 5.15% of the Company’s shares. In addition, Fagervoll also indirectly owns 0.37% of the Company through his ownership in Golden Energy Offshore Management AS.
