Facilities Agreement signed

Ålesund 20 July 2022

Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS/ Company) refer to previous announced finance updates. GEOS are pleased to inform that loan agreement has been signed by all parties today.

Drawdown of the loans remain subject to certain condition president which are expect to be satisfied shortly.

GEOS will upon successful drawdown be fully financed.

Payment to ROC and transfer of title to GEOS on the vessels Energy Empress and Energy Duchess are expected to take place as soon as all parties are ready to consume this transaction. All parties are now working towards completion on Friday 22nd of July 2022 – however there is an understanding between the parties that consummation may be postponed to early next week.

The Company will continue to update in accordance with its reporting obligations.
