The annual general meeting of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the “Company”) will be held on Thursday 16 May 2024, at 13:00 (CEST).

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, accessible online via Lumi AGM. All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and ask questions from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices.

The Company is pursuing an uplisting from Euronext Growth Oslo to Oslo Børs, and it is therefore proposed to the annual general meeting to resolve, among other things, a conversion of the Company from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company and a reverse split of the Company’s shares.
