NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A (5) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

The following securities of the Company were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act) :

	ASX Code: GED
	Date of Issue 11 December 2017
	Number Issued: 21,200,000
	Issue Price per Security: 4.12 cents

The Corporations Act restricts the on-sale of securities without disclosure, unless the sale is exempt under sections 708 or 708A of the Corporations Act. By the Company giving this notice, sale of the Shares will fall within the exemption offered by section 708A (5) of the Corporations Act.

This notice is given under paragraph (5)(e) of section 708A of the Corporations Act.

The Company intends to apply to Australian Securities Exchange Limited for quotation of the above shares.

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

• (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Company.

As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information to be disclosed for the purposes of sections 708A (7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
