KEY CEO APPOINTMENT FOR GOLDEN DEEPS

Golden Deeps Limited (“Golden Deeps” or “Company”) is delighted to announce the key appointment of Mr Jon Dugdale as CEO, effective Tuesday 1 June, 2021.

Jon Dugdale is a very well credentialed geologist and brings over 30 years of experience in the resources sector to Golden Deeps, including a strong track record of discovery, promotion and capital raising.

Jon spent the first 20+ years of his career with WMC and then MPI Mines and was involved in major discovery programs at the St Ives and Agnew Gold projects in WA and with MPI, the exploration and development of several discoveries made by the MPI exploration team, including Silver Swan nickel deposit in Western Australia and direct involvement in the >1Moz Golden Gift discovery in Western Victoria.

The last 10+ years Jon has spent time as a Fund Manager with Lion Selection Group then as Managing Director of several ASX listed companies, directly involved with the promotion and raising of over $70 million of capital to advance exploration and complete pre-feasibility studies into nickel and gold projects in the Philippines.

Jon is already focused on advancing the very exciting project portfolio in Golden Deeps, including the recently drilled Khusib Springs and Nosib high-grade copper-silver-vanadium targets and the Abenab high-grade Vanadium project in Namibia, and drilling of high-grade gold lodes at Tuckers Hill in NSW.

Golden Deeps’ Director Michael Rodriguez stated “Jon brings to the Company a demonstrated track record of discovery and promotional skills that will be invaluable as we look to drive shareholder value for Golden Deeps.
