APPOINTMENT CFO/COMPANY SECRETARY FOR GOLDEN DEEPS

Golden Deeps Limited (“Golden Deeps” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Muhling as CFO/Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Mr Muhling is a finance and governance professional with twenty years of experience in the resources industry, including fifteen years in senior roles with ASX listed companies. He is an FCPA, a Chartered Company Secretary and a Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mr Muhling has been appointed to replace Mr Martin Stein who has resigned to pursue alternative opportunities. The Company thanks him for his services and wishes him every success with his future endeavours.
