DEATH OF DIRECTOR

It is with much sadness that we announce the death of Alexander (Alex) Clemen, Director.

The Company recognises the immense contribution Alex has made throughout the years.

Mr Michael Scivolo has consented to act as a Director to fill the casual vacancy with immediate effect.

Mr Scivolo has extensive experience in the fields of accounting and taxation in both corporate and non-corporate entities. He is also a Director of Blaze International Ltd, Prime Minerals Ltd, Power Resources Ltd, Sabre Resources Ltd and Victory West Metals Ltd.

Attached are the Appendices 3z and 3X to record the above changes.
