Resignation of Interim CEO
Golden Cross Resources Limited (‘ GCR ’, or the ‘ Company ’) announces that Mr Ken Hellsten, the Company’s interim Chief Executive Officer, has resigned from the Company effective 23 November 2015.
Mr Hellsten, who joined the Company in December 2014, has led the positive Copper Hill Scoping Study and capital raising efforts during this year. Jingmin Qian, interim Chairman of the Board, stated: “ I would like to thank Ken for his significant contribution to the Company in its transition from an exploration company to a project development company during the challenging environment. I wish him all the best to his future endeavours. ”
Mr Hellsten has agreed to continue supporting the Company as a technical consultant in the future.
The Board will appoint an interim CEO shortly and will commence a search for a Sydney-based permanent CEO after the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 December 2015.
