Further to the announcement made by the Company on 10 January, 2014 Elsmore Resources Ltd (ASX:ELR) is pleased to announce that it has completed the contract with by the issue unto Torian Resources Limited (ASX:TNR) of 1,428,760 ordinary fully paid shares in Elsmore.

An application will be lodged with the ASX to quote the shares issued to Torian Resources Ltd.
