KEY DATES FOR THE TORIAN RESOURCES SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Following shareholder approval at today’s Annual General Meeting, Torian Resources advises that the 1 for 20 share consolidation will proceed in accordance with the timetable below.
The share consolidation alone should have no effect on the underlying value of the Company including the percentage interest of each individual shareholder.
The number of Torian Resources shares on issue will reduce from approximately 3.9 billion to approximately 197 million shares.
The key dates for the share consolidation are as follows:

| 31 May 2013 | Last day of trading pre-reorganisation |
| 3 June 2013 | Trading on a Deferred Settlement Basis |
| 7 June 2013 | Last day for transfers pre-reorganisation |
| 11 June 2013 | Notices sent to shareholders providing details of holdingspre and post consolidation |
| 17 June 2013 | Despatch Date – deferred settlement ends |
| 18 June 2013 | Normal Trade resumes |
