Voluntary Suspension Update
Torian Resources Limited ( Torian or the Company ) refers to its voluntary suspension request dated 26 February 2021 until the earlier of an announcement regarding a share subscription agreement or Tuesday, 9 March 2021.
The Company advises shareholders the voluntary suspension will remain whilst the proposed transaction is considered by ASX which has yet to occur but is anticipated to be considered today, 10 March 2021. The Company anticipates the voluntary suspension remaining in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement regarding the share subscription agreement or Monday, 15 March 2021.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not remain in place, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
