Section 708A Notice

Asra Minerals Limited (ASX: ASR) (“Asra” or “Company’) hereby provides Notice to the ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act) for the securities issued today by the Company as included in the Appendix 2A.

For the purposes of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act the Company states that:

• a) the Securities were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• b) as at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with:

  • i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company

  • ii. section 674 and section 674A of the Act; and

• c) as at the date of this Notice, there is no excluded information, as that term is defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act that is reasonable for investors and their professional advisers to expect to find in a disclosure document.
