Request for Voluntary Suspension
Torian Resources Limited ( Company ) refers to the trading halt granted on 24 February 2021.
The Company requests that a voluntary suspension of its securities be granted pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 from the commencement of trading on Friday, 26 February 2021. The voluntary suspension is requested pending the Company releasing an announcement regarding a share subscription agreement.
The Company requests the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing the announcement or the commencement of trading on Monday, 1 March 2021.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
