RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

Torian Resources Limited (ASX: TNR) advises that 47,014,541 fully paid ordinary shares are due from release from voluntary escrow on 4 May 2018 and 3,855,592 fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 23 May 2018. These shares were issued to Cascade Resources Limited shareholders on the basis of one (1) Torian Share for every one (1) Cascade share held as part of the takeover of Cascade Resources by the Company.

Additionally, 454,546 shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 8 May 2018.
