REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION – LISTING RULE 17.2
Torian Resources Limited (ASX: TNR) requests a voluntary suspension be applied to its securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.2, effective immediately, pending the release of a Company announcement in relation to a capital raise.
The Company expects the suspension to last until commencement of trading on Monday, 1 May 2017.
The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted or any further information required to be disclosed to the market regarding the trading halt.
