COMPLETION OF SETTLEMENT WITH PROJECT VENDORS

Torian Resources Limited is pleased to announce settlement with the Project Vendors has been completed. As per the announcement dated 26 March 2015, Torian has issued 6,450,000 shares and paid $295,000 cash (plus GST where applicable) to the Project Vendors. These shares will also be escrowed for a period of 12 months.
