Change of Company Secretary
Torian Resources Limited ( ASX: TNR ) ( Torian or the Company) wishes to advise that Mr Matthew Foy has resigned as Company Secretary due to personal reasons. The company is saddened to farewell Matthew and wishes him all the best for his future. The company wishes to thank Matthew for his tireless devotion to the company over the last three and a half years.
Mr Ian Pamensky has been appointed Company Secretary effective immediately.
